Our task is to satisfy your needs. If we fail in this you are entitled to cancel the agreement. In short this is what the ERA Commitment to Service entails.
When we begin our collaboration we promise to perform according to plan and carry out our work to the best of our ability. All in compliance with a unique working method. Should we not fulfil our obligation and you are not satisfied you are fully entitled to cancel the agreement. This is extremely rare, which must mean we are on the right track! We dare to give our customers a guarantee because it keeps us on our toes.
